Our complimentary introductory consultation / Note Health Check is a preliminary conversation or initial screening, not a complete note evaluation, document review, valuation, or due diligence review.

What to include in your initial submission

  • Basic note details, if known — these are optional.
  • A short description of your goal, if you'd like to share it.

No documents are required to complete this form. Document collection is a separate later step through our approved secure process; please share only basic information here.

Detailed mortgage note reviews, creative deal structuring evaluations, due diligence, and ongoing consulting are paid professional services. If you request this work, we will provide the proposed scope and fee for your approval before work begins. Submitting an inquiry does not commit you to a paid service.

Submitting a note through the Deal Network for potential buyer consideration remains free, and sellers are not required to purchase a review. Where applicable, our screening target is 3–5 business days for complete submissions. Paid consulting reviews have a separate agreed timeline, beginning after scope and fee approval, any agreed payment arrangements, and receipt of required documents.
